In the month of May 1985, I sat at my desk in my basement on the first day hoping that the new business phone would ring. Later in 1985, Microsoft 1.0 and New Coke were released just to give you some 1985 history.

Recently our company celebrated its 30th anniversary with a reception at our corporate offices. I am proud to say as the founder and President of TCI that we quickly became and maintain our status as a leader in the electrical industry. We work with some of the finest manufacturers of electrical equipment in the world. I am proud to state we are a world class company with numerous awards on our wall as visual confirmations of our accomplishments. We believe in values of Honesty, Professionalism and Integrity.

Thirty years later, I no longer answer the main phone line, but am available to manufacturers, customers and friends in the industry. I am proud of our growth, but more proud of the integrity that has fueled our growth from each of our associates who have committed themselves to Excellence.

I am proud of my company, its associates, principals, products, valued customers, and the industry we serve, but yes, I still want my phone to ring.

From New Coke, back to the Classic Coke, Windows 1.0 to Windows 10, TCI Sales continues to strive to serve our customers with old fashioned service but embrace new technology.
